Tomorrow is the day I have dreaded for a long time. My maternity leave is over and I go back to work. Cooper was 3 months on Thursday (hopefully I will get a 3 month post written soon) and I am so blessed to have that much time off. I have AMAZING co-workers and several of them donated leave for the days I was going to take unpaid. Now I know what you're thinking, "You only have 3 weeks til school is out for the summer." Yes, that's true. I am very thankful for the short time (it could be 3 months). But no matter how long it is all I can think about is how I don't want to leave my baby! I am also very fortunate that Clay, my mom, and my grandma are going to take turns keeping him. Another plus is they will be keeping him at my house so I don't have to get him ready and drop him off I can just kiss him in his crib on my way out the door. The situation could be a lot worse. I keep telling myself that anyway!!
As a result I have been savoring my time with him this week. We did a little of this....
and a lot of this....
So if I disappear for a little while go easy on me. I've already decided when I get home from work he is going to be my priority. I can only imagine what my house will look like!
